CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the service(s) booked. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
